Challenge
Traditional broker‑centric workflows create delays, opaque pricing, and low trust, causing momentum to stall at each handoff. Lead quality suffers from unverified, duplicate, and stale inquiries, inflating triage time and abandonment across the funnel. Without a secure, direct channel, real‑time negotiation and document readiness are blocked, increasing friction and overall transaction costs.
Results
Designed a functional MVP in 6 weeks, focused on a clean and transparent prototype that delivered exactly what the client needed.
Decreased document process
Faster deal closing
Savings on brokerage fees
We moved quickly but started by understanding why the traditional process frustrates users.
Interviews with buyers and sellers revealed pain points: hidden fees, slow responses, and over-reliance on brokers.
Mapping Jobs To Be Done clarified core needs: transparency, speed, and cost savings.
Rapid low-fidelity prototypes tested flows and messaging, helping identify confusing steps early.
The insight that stuck: users value clear, direct control over their transactions more than anything else.
In the design phase, we focused on creating a simple, transparent interface that gave buyers and sellers direct control over their transactions. Rapid low-fidelity prototypes prioritized clear fee options and seamless online meeting scheduling, reducing user confusion. Iterative testing helped us refine messaging and flows, resulting in a user-friendly MVP that addressed key frustrations and streamlined the real estate process.
I built a modular components from Day 1, enabling a scalable system that could grow with the product. This approach allowed design-to-development handoffs in hours rather than days and incorporated token-based theming to ensure flexibility for future updates and consistent branding across the platform.
